I just came across this on facebook; it is a piece from fitbie containing 20 healthy, zero-calorie foods that are packed with vital nutrients! It’s a great list. Here it is

  • Cucumbers (also a natural diuretic-which means, it makes you go to the bathroom more often which leads you to carry around less water weight. Lemon is also a diuretic, which is why people drink lemon water!)
