Greek Yogurt Dessert

A perfect lunch time treat or post-workout meal: Greek Yogurt + toppings! This is Fage 0% Greek Yogurt with organicย Peanut Butter (2 tbsp), 1 small banana, and 1 tbsp of semi-sweet chocolate chips. The protein in the yogurt and peanut butter help balance out the sugar in the banana and chocolate chips. And there is a TON of protein in this. So good!

One thing in particular that I love about Greek Yogurt: you can have it whenever you want-breakfast, lunch, post-workout, or as a snack. Mix up your greek yogurt, there are endless combinations with nut butters, fruits, nuts, cacao nibs and more!

    • That’s a great idea! Greek yogurt is great in so many things. I use it in pancakes, muffins, breads, and cakes, too! All you need is the dry mix, greek yogurt, and sometimes a cup of water. So easy and it makes everything dense and moist = delicious.
