Peanut Butter Oatmeal

This morning’s breakfast (which is usually every day’s breakfast) was slow cooking oats with a bit of stevia and 1 tblsp of Coconut Peanut Spread and banana 🙂 Delicious! This is an example of a balanced breakfast because it has fiber and energy fueling oats, protein and good fats from the spread, and fruit. Bananas are particularly great because they are low in fat, sodium, high in potassium, fiber, and carbs. They are heart-healthy and a great fueling food.
