~This list is to show you the foods and beverages that I purchase. You can mix and match whatever you want from this list to create your own. I do not purchase all of these items at once. This list is made up of the things I use to mix it up!

Refrigerator and Freezer

  • Silk Unsweetened Almond Milk (Original or Vanilla; no carrageenan)
  • Unsweetened Coconut Milk (no carrageenan; usually canned)
  • Organic Whole Milk
  • Greek Yogurt

  • Cottage Cheese
  • Organic Half & Half
  • Organic Ketchup
  • So Delicious Coconut Milk “ice cream”
  • Organic Frozen Vegetables (usually brussels sprouts or okra)

*Just a note: Get the best meat you can find! I always get all-natural and hormone free meat with NO artificial ANYTHING. Go straight to the natural meat section if your store has one.

*I also always try to get Organic items if I can.
