There are so many ways to be active, you just have to remember that it really isn’t that hard. Don’t always expect to go out for a hard run or workout. Just going outside for a walk is better than nothing. Sometimes when I don’t have time or the energy to get in the workout I want, I get discouraged and almost end up doing nothing. But then I have to remind myself that it doesn’t have to be such a big deal and moving my body is what is most important.
