My favorite workouts

Here are a list of my favorite ways to workout and stay active:

  • Running
  • Swimming
  • Hiking
  • Yoga
  • Biking
  • Walking
  • Squats
  • Bicycles-Abs
  • Elevated Push Ups (I do mine on my staircase)

Remember: Just get up and move! 🙂 Want to make it easier? Take yourself outside! Even if you just go for a walk, you are doing something good for your health. Being outside makes me feel great; it is one of the simplest pleasures in life. Get out and hopefully, you’ll feel more motivated to get moving!
