My two most favorite events to watch during the Olympics are swimming (men’s and women’s) and women’s gymnastics. So, here are some workouts I found to help us get looking and feeling more like Olympians!

I lifeguard in the summers, and swim laps each day I work. I swear, it is amazing for your body! I also run 4-6 miles four days a week, but I have tendonitis in my right knee and it can get aggravated at times. When that happens, I always count on swimming and walking. Both are gentle on your joints and great ways to exercise.
